3.Prohibition of Insider Trading

5.Prevention of Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment

6.Prohibition of Political Activities in the Workplace

Employees must not engage in political activities during work hours or use company resources, personnel, or assets for political purposes.

While employees’ political rights and opinions are respected, they must ensure that their political views or

7.Prohibition of Bribery and Unethical Gifts

Employees must not accept money, gifts, or entertainment from business partners or stakeholders.

Employees must not offer money, gifts, or excessive hospitality to business partners beyond socially acceptable norms.

Employees must not exchange money, gifts, or excessive entertainment among colleagues.

8.Compliance with the Code of Ethics

All employees must faithfully comply with the Code of Ethics and take responsibility for any violations.

Employees must report any unethical behavior or violations of the Code of Ethics to the appropriate department.

The company ensures thorough investigation, training, and corrective measures to prevent recurrence of ethical violations.
