IF Boat Fabrics

Wonpoong’s IF products aptly showcase our state-of-the-art technology in manufacturing marine fabrics. Our threads for base fabrics primarily have air-tightening treatments applied to them so that the fabric does not require the seam tape gluing process when fabricating the tubes shape for inflatable boats. This is remarkably beneficial in terms of both time and cost, as it simplifies the fabrication process. Not only are our IF products easy-to-fabricate and durable, but they are also structurally stable. In addition, high-performance surface treatments are applied to extend the UV resistance and improve the smoothness of our IF products.

Simul IF Boat Fabrics

The Simul IF series, featuring double-reinforced marine fabrics for inflatable products, is specially designed with a pre-laminated reinforcing layer on the fabric. This is also remarkably beneficial in both time and cost, as it simplifies the fabrication process and avoids uncontrollable human factors. Because our new manufacturing facilities are meticulously designed to control the production, from the initial weaving process to the final surface treatments, we can widely customize the fabric material, color, and treatment options to suit our customers’ needs. Just like our IF products, the Simul IF products also have high strength and are structurally stable, and we apply high-performance surface treatments to extend their UV resistance and improve smoothness.
